Our products
The site describes our products, but it doesn't offer them for sale. Stockyard ERP, Stockyard Commerce and Garij are supplied under a written agreement with each customer, and BOOKAR under its own terms on bookar.uk. Those agreements, not these terms, cover the use of the products.
Information on the site
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information and may change without notice, including product features and availability. Product screens on the site show example data. Please check with us before relying on anything you read here.
Using the site
You may view, download and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You must not:
- copy, republish or sell content from the site without our written permission
- use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that harms the site or the people who use it
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any system connected to it
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the site in any way, including denial-of-service attacks
- use the contact form to send spam or advertising
We may report a breach of these rules to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, the content of the site, including its text, design, graphics and product screens, and the names and logos of Vitara Commerce, Stockyard, BOOKAR and Garij. Apart from the uses allowed above, these terms don't give you any rights in them.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as bookar.uk, LinkedIn and Facebook. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Availability
We provide the site free of charge and as it is. We don't promise that it will always be available or free from errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
If you use the site for business, we aren't liable for any loss that arises from using the site or relying on its content, including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
If you use the site as a consumer, we provide it for your private use only, and we aren't liable for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
